 E-Sign, Electronic signatures make it easier to sign your listing agreement, or purchase agreement. With the click of a mouse, you can initial and sign our documents on your computer and mobile device. If your lender does accept e-signatures, we will use this process. If not, we will have to email you the documents to sign, then you can either scan them or fax them back.
