If you join BAREIS, your primary area is in the BAREIS coverage area. BAREIS has a data share agreement to list and search for properties in the other counties listed below.
BAREIS ( Marin, Sonoma, Solano, Napa, and Mendocino Counties)
Metrolist ( Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Etc)
The San Francisco Association of Realtors MLS
MLS Listings ( San Mateo, Santa Clara, Monterey, Etc)

What type of agents are you looking for?
We really want high-tech agents who serve the generation Y population. If you tweet, have facebook, and text more than talk, you probably fit our team. We have a lot of great ideas in the future for real estate, so come and join us if you want to take part of the revolution.
How will I get paid?
We can normally pay you from escrow. If your file is complete and in order, why not get paid right away? We can have escrow wire the funds straight to your account.
Do you have office space?
No, we don't offer any office space. We would like you to utilize e-signatures and online video for your clients.
